Livet förändras igen

För 28 år sedan började vi vår vandring i familjen L. Vi ställde oss på löftet vi upplevde vi fått från himlen att Fridens tankar och inte ofärdens skulle leda oss in i en framtid av hopp. Vi inympade våra kommande barn i det bibelordet och det är något som vi beder dagligen för dem allesammans. Vi sade till varandra att vi inte skulle binda barnen till oss utan ge dem en uppväxt i trygghet och frid så att de i vuxen ålder skulle fortsätta gå och våga gå längre än vad vi gjort. Nu 27 år senare så ställs vi inför det faktum att "So it will be... " det kommer att bli några fler mil mellan oss och i mamma hjärtat är det en dragkamp mellan lycka för son och sonhustrus skull och lite tårar att vi inte kommer att ses lika ofta längre på ett tag. Men ordet vi ställde den blivande familjen på klingar tydligare och tryggheten i psalmen som vi bad varje kväll i många år för vår förstfödde överbevisar mig om att det kommer att bli så bra...

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand, but it shall not come nigh thee.   
 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.   
 Because thou hast made the LORD, who is my refuge, even the Most High, thy habitation,   
 there shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.   
 For He shall give His angels charge over thee to keep thee in all thy ways.   
 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.   
 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder; the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample underfoot.   
 "Because he hath set his love upon Me, therefore will I deliver him; 

I will set him on high, because he hath known My name.   
 He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, 

I will deliver him and honor him.   
 With long life will I satisfy him, and show him My salvation."
